Orders over $120 CAD ship free anywhere in Canada.
Shipping to certain regions (including remote or northern areas) will be calculated at checkout and may vary based on location.

Taylòra is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn products in their original condition and packaging.
Returns are eligible for store credit, refund or exchanges.

Because of the personal nature of pet accessories, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, chewed, or damaged.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
